International expert divers race to rescue seven villagers trapped in Laos cave
Volunteer cave divers demonstrating the “extremely remote and hostile,” environment as they navigating through the cave attempting to rescue seven villagers. They experienced “flood waters, collapsed hazards and high risk of contaminated air quality” while navigating inside the mine. The seven villagers who entered the Lao’s cave on May 20 in search of gold, have been trapped for nearly a week.
